By visiting The Duck & Willow, using our website, or making a booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Bookings & Reservations

 
Table bookings are subject to availability.
We ask that you arrive on time for your reservation. Tables may be released if you arrive significantly late without prior notice.
For larger group bookings or private hire, a deposit or pre-order may be required. Details will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Cancellations should be made as early as possible. Failure to cancel within the agreed timeframe may result in loss of deposit.
Menus & Allergens
Our menus are subject to change based on seasonal availability and supplier variations.
While we take allergens seriously, all food is prepared in a kitchen that handles allergens. We cannot guarantee dishes are completely allergen-free.
Please inform a member of our team of any allergies or dietary requirements before ordering.
Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to amend prices at any time.
Payments can be made using accepted card or cash methods available on site.
Events, Offers & Promotions
Offers and promotions are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or changed without notice.
Event details, including live music or sport screenings, may change due to circumstances beyond our control.
Behaviour & Safety
We reserve the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave the premises if behaviour is deemed inappropriate or unsafe.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The Duck & Willow cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen items.
Children
Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times.
Children’s portions are available on selected menus.
Artwork & Displays
All artwork displayed in the pub is the property of the artist unless stated otherwise and may be available for purchase. Please contact us for further details.
